Our Step By Step Process

  • Step 1 – Brent or Dave will head over to your house on a day or a time it is convenient for you. They will carry out a thorough roof inspection and and provide you with a professional consultation of what is required to repair or re roof your home or property.
  • Step 2 – You will then be offered an all inclusive and detailed quotation which will tell you all the services and products you will need. You can email in an acceptance of our quotation and we will also arrange a Home Warranty insurance if you need it.
  • Step 3  If you decide to hire our services, we will first install the legally required fall arrest systems. This will either be scaffolding, perimeter safety rails or harnesses.
  • Step 4 – Your existing roofing will then be professionally removed, whether it is shingles, tiles, metal or any other material.
  • Step 5 – We will carry the debris away from your home and dispose of them (or recycle them) as is fit. During the entire re roofing process, we will make sure that your lawns, gardens, bushes, walls and property is always protected with tarps and plywood.
  • Step 6 – Next, we will inspect the existing roofing structure for missing nails and and any other faults. This is to make sure that the new timber battens are attached to the rafters correctly. Too many roofers skip this step and install roofing that later develops bumps because the battens weren’t nailed properly to the rafters.
  • Step 7 – We then add the layer of sarking and insulation.
  • Step 8 – Then we finally lay down the metal roofing sheets and the flashing, before carrying out a final inspection of the work.
  • Step 9 – When we’re satisfied that we’ve done the best job possible, we clear up your property and leave you with your brand new roof.
  • Step 10 – Sit back and relax knowing that you now have a brand new, modern looking roof that will last you a very long time.
